| You have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason up to 7 working days after receiving the goods, which you must do in writing. |

| All returns must be carriage paid to our office address above. |
| We will refund you within 30 days of cancelling the order. |
| Faulty returns must be received before we can despatch a replacement. |
| Please contact us for a RMA number this must be clearly stated on the return packaging any parcels without a valid RMA will be refused at our premises. |
| All returned items must be complete with all parts, accessories, etc. and in new condition with original packaging. Software is not refundable. |
| Faulty returned items that are found to be "No fault Found" incur an inspection, test and return carriage of £20 plus vat |
| Special order items which are subsequently cancelled are subject to a 20% restocking charge. |
| If you are using goods in conjunction with your business i.e. Charter vessel the sale is classed as a trade sale and you may not entitled to many of the consumer protection laws. |
| Electronic charts are classed as software, royalties are paid at time of sale so are not refundable. |
| Any equipment repaired by us must must collected within 60 days for otherwise it is disposed of. |
| Any issued credit notes are valid for 6 months. |
